Class settings

Roster import accepts a OneRoster 1.2 users.csv (students only) or a sheet with name, grade, and code columns. Only the first name, grade, and code are kept; emails and ids are discarded.

Legibility probe: "Start probe" traces the lowercase alphabet in the app and records accuracy and time. "Paper score" records the rubric from the printed sheet. The first record is the baseline.

Each player profile is a student. Give each a code so reports never need a full name.
